Is 33 the beginning of old age?

Apparently so, because after my birthday on Saturday I somehow threw my back out and it hasn't been right since. Which means, when I get home from work I really don't want to sit in my desk chair. Hence the lack of blogging.

Well, I guess worse things have happened to 33-year-olds...

My sympathies. As one who is looking forward to his next back surgery with some anticipation, I sympathize with you. At 33, you need to be smelling daisies, not caring for a bad back.

But don't stop blogging! We all love you, and love you more for blogging!

For my 33rd birthday, I had an anxiety crisis. (30 didn't scare me. 40 didn't bother me. Just 33. I have no idea why.) Then at 35 I had a physical crisis and ended up having back surgery to remove a disk.

Two words: "Relefen" and "Flexiril." (My motto: "Better Living Through Chemistry") Throw in a nice massage and a soak in a hot tub. It'll fix ya right up! And from now on, bend at the knees!

I'm prayin' for ya!
