Offline, in more ways than one

My home computer's off getting an upgrade, so I probably won't have Internet access this weekend. Maybe now that the heat wave's broken I'll go, like, outside or something.

Man, it's been rough at work lately. I go through phases of liking and hating my job, and lately I've been feeling very negative. On the upside, today the Jim Beam people sent me a promotional bottle of bourbon as part of some campaign they're doing, so now I have an implement for erasing the memory of the week.

Maybe it's the cynical mood, but for some reason a funny song I heard only once about eight years ago has been running through my head. Thanks to the magic of the Internet, I unearthed the lyrics: Hell Froze Over Today. Enjoy.
