Labor day

I've been busy today with long-deferred cleaning and organizing, and I'm too beat to post substantively right now. One thing I've been doing is creating a file for my correspondence with Telford. I haven't deleted our emails with the vague feeling that it might make an interesting book, or that it would just remain personally edifying or important to me, but I'm gonna run out of inbox space pretty soon. So I've been copying, pasting and saving it all onto my hard drive, and have so far covered all his letters to me since the beginning of April ... all 52 of them. I've got seven more months to cover, and that's just his letters to me -- I haven't started on my own yet. I didn't start this a moment too soon!

I visited a Lutheran service yesterday and really enjoyed it, even though it didn't have a real pastor. But more on that tomorrow. Meanwhile, Telford has a new FAQ up about church shopping. It was not I who asked that question, in case anyone's wondering.

Also, thanks to Hernan Gonzalez for another friendly link. He has a cool blog, I just wish my Spanish were good enough to get all the subtleties...

Yes, a book based on your searching would definitely be on MY reading list!

Hey, if you posted it here, would it be called a blook?

:-)
